During this process, our consultants assists managers and/or their teams in the various phases of reflection, professional and personal assessment, preparation of CVs and other documentation, and bespoke interview practice and support.

Coaching for ​senior executives

Each executive will benefit from a tailored programme, personalised to their professional and personal objectives. Our support generally lasts 6-12 months.

This support is provided exclusively by business psychologists, talent experts, or trained coaches specialising in assessment, leadership development and executive coaching. Executives will also have access to a dedicated headhunter with relevant experience in their preferred sector. ​​
