Tom is the Managing Director responsible for MPSR's UK operations. With 16 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, Tom was Director of Hudson’s professional services operations in London and the South before it was acquired by Morgan Philips Group in April 2018. Previously he was a director at Michael Page, where he looked after teams across Finance and Legal.

Harry is a senior leader within our legal and corporate affairs practice based in London. He has a track record of successfully delivering senior level search campaigns internationally, using his extensive global network. He has partnered with listed, global businesses as well as fast-track growth and privately owned SMEs across a range of industry sectors.

Niketa Ranjan brings a robust recruitment background to her role at Morgan Philips, having initially developed her skills with an international recruiter before refining her expertise at a boutique firm focused on the FMCG sector. Her experience spans from large corporations to agile startups, equipping her with a keen ability to identify and connect the best candidates for her clients.

Educationally grounded in Architecture with a Master’s degree in Urban Design and Applied Design, Niketa combines her analytical and creative skills to enhance her strategic approach to recruitment.

A dedicated fitness enthusiast, Niketa has represented India in national-level competitive swimming and participated in university-level women’s water polo.
